Alera Group, a top independent, national insurance and wealth services firm, today announced that Kelli Viera has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits, Northeast Region, effective April 11, 2022.
In this role, Viera will be responsible for organic revenue growth, profitability and service delivery for the Northeast region, covering Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont. She will work directly with the regional leadership team and national Centers of Excellence to drive employee benefits practice strategy through the region.

Prior to joining Alera Group, Viera served as Managing Director at Marsh McLennan Agency – New England, where she was responsible for the growth of the organization’s regional hub. Prior to that, she was a Managing Consultant with Marsh McLennan Agency – New England.
