Lisa has been part of the Beacon team since 2002 and has developed, implemented and directed the technology and systems that allow the firm to efficiently manage the needs of thousands of nationwide retirees from some of Connecticut’s largest private and public sector employers. She is directly responsible for leading the team that tracks the underlying systems used to maintain eligibility, retiree billing, billing reconciliation, employer financial reporting, data analytics and call center information down to the individual employer-group member.

Lisa’s keen attention to detail enables her to accurately oversee and process thousands of monthly transactions. Her proficiency in database programming enables the service team at Beacon to continuously update and improve processes and functions that better serve the customers by providing instant access to relevant information and saving time through technological efficiencies. Lisa’s many prior years working for manufacturing companies introduced her to multiple software applications and accounting systems where she was forced to create processes that maximized the capabilities of the company while also creating world-class service experiences for corporate clients.
