Staff members (especially Darcy) have been exceptional at resolving difficult issues, especially about prescriptions that have been difficult to manage. They have worked me through the best places to get best costs. They have resolved disputes with the Prescription Handler. They have put us in touch with the best medical plan for my wife who has many challenges with regards to doctors and treatments. Again my thanks to their efforts.
Yes, you are always available for questions and…..answers.

Beacon Representatives are great! First of all when you call a live person answers the phone; they are good listeners, polite, well informed and if they need more information they contact the responsible Health Providers and return a call to you with good information resolving any problems or explanation. In addition to the above questions… add … Do you LOVE not hearing an automated answering system when you call with a question/problem? Friends say “you can get less expensive insurance” yes, but I say “Can I get the personalized service and timely response/resolution to my questions when I call?

It’s so great to be able to talk to a real person in “real time” if we have a concern or question about our insurance, no matter who we speak to, everyone on staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Going with Beacon was the best decision ever!
