Since my retirement in December 2013 the entire Beacon team has: quickly responded to our questions; always sensitive to our needs; always understanding our frustrations; respectful at all times; and, on more than one occasion, responded to an e-mail question sent on Saturday or Sunday on the same day. Without hesitation your team contacted doctors, Medicare, our retiree medical plan company, prescription drug company and our pharmacy to clear up questions here in our home state of Florida.
